We love doing the Great Pilates Now videos together. We get an extra abs workout in laughing at my dog Al kissing us while we're trying to hold a side plank or do the last few scissors move.

I have been loyal to my Pilates workouts for over a year now. My body is changing, I can feel myself becoming strong. I can jackknife now! I was so happy the first time I was able to pull myself up! I love that I can workout at home, and that there are so many videos to chose from. I started Pilates at my horseback riding instructor's suggestion, so I could become stronger riding my horse. I have made a lot of progress in my horseback riding sport of Dressage in the past year. I know a big reason for my success is that my body is stronger from Pilates! Thanks Judy

I just wanted to check in with you to tell you how much I've been enjoying your Pilates classes. I think I joined up around six months ago and I'm still going strong: on a good week I get in four 40 minute sessions!

I can see a clear difference in my leg muscles, plus I can see myself progressing in the exercises (although that backward plank still kills me) ;)

Very knowledgeable, very personable, a lot of individual attention, always fun! Within a few weeks my core and back muscles have improved immensely with just one Pilates workout per week, of course I do additional sports like yoga and swimming to complement Pilates. I did the beginner and intermediate classes with Judy.

I am a beginner Pilate student. Recently, I started Pilate training with Judith Farmer to incorporate stretching into my Gym workouts. Judy is a wonderful instructor. She is genuinely interested in my progress and pays close attention.
Judy has in-depth knowledge and a passion for what she does. She also is very patient with beginners. With her good verbal cues and demonstrations, I began to understand my weakness and strengths. She knows individual bodies are different and gives appropriate modifications along with the exercises suitable for body type and posture. . I am learning good techniques to discover my tighten muscles, stretch and loosen them. She keeps the class interesting by taking classes outdoor(Mother Nature’s permits!) to the serenity of the amphitheater pavilion Morning exercise in the direct sunlight and fresh air is so beautiful; I no longer have to motivate myself to stick with exercising. I am getting the outdoor exercise benefit too. She is helping strengthen my core and maintain good posture. I would recommend to anyone who wants to tone and increase flexibility. I like the fact, so far 'No Props' - it helps me to focus on my posture and also practice at home!!
