I created this site to help you not only become fit through online Pilates workouts but to provide you with a safe, cost effective and flexible workout schedule that you can literally manage anytime and anywhere; on any device that supports an internet connection.

About Me?

My name is Judith Farmer…but please, call me Judy.  I am passionate about Pilates but even more-so with helping others to achieve a sense of self beauty and appreciation for their bodies. I’ve been teaching and coaching Pilates workouts throughout the Detroit, Michigan area and acquired my certification with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates in 2002.

As a mom of seven…yep, you read it right, I knew from very early on that it was imperative for me to stay healthy and fit. I have made that commitment to health, fitness and diet just as I have with nurturing all seven of my children. In fact, nurturing only my children just wasn’t enough. I became infatuated with helping others to stay fit mentally plus physically. I love what I do; teaching Pilates, wellness coaching, and writing about practical ways to lose weight and stay motivated!

Keeping it Simple

Trying to stay healthy and fit can be so difficult, can’t it? Believe me…I know! Between trying to fit in a workout at the gym and buying expensive equipment; that's just not my cup of tea. That’s why my personal philosophy is “Simplicity”. I like to teach my students to use their mind in order to create strength in their bodies without any special equipment.

I find great pleasure in creating and conducting Pilates as well as producing specialty Pilates workouts for the young, elderly, special needs and handicapped just to name a few.
